I have seen this before, and it is a fake. I will post a link, but you know the guy that can tell you all about it is over on the Topps boards. It is Donovan, used to be the Russell Martin collector if I am remembering correctly. Also 1989BillRipkenCollector on a few other sites I think he goes by.
