I would love an answer to this also. I spent over 6 months corresponding with 4 different people at Upper Deck, including the CEO to get descriptions of all the variations (deep blue linen, persian blue linen, blue steel, windsor green, green linen, etc.). I even sent scans of several different cards. Below is the response I received.

"I apologize for the long delay, as we have tried every avenue in trying to get your answers that you requested. No one seems to have an answer for you to be honest. If you would like to talk to someone, you can try contacting the Customer Service Supervisor, as I had forwarded your email to him to handle, but he has contacted everyone as well. I know this is not the answer you are looking for, but I believe the people who actually had this answer no longer work for the company unfortunately."
