2009 American Heritage question

I cannot remember, but were there two separate sets that came out in packs of the American Heritage brand? I have a stack of cards from this set sitting on my desk, but I cannot remember if they are from two different sets, because I see no way of differentiating them.

Any help would be appreciated,

Yes, there were American Heritage (regular) and American Heritage Heroes edition. There's really no way of differentiating them w/o the checklists.
