2009 Bowman Chome C. M. **** Question

Hello-

I recently pulled a 2009 Bowman chrome Chien-Ming ****. The card has the regular base black border but it also has a distinct red coloration to it. On the back there is no sign of the tell tale 'refractor' designation but in the fine print on the bottom it says:

"For card tracking information please go to topps.com code#12345678"

Nothing on topps.com appears to help so I thought I would ask you fine folks for some advice.
Any information is very much appreciated!!
