Best way to fix...

Dont buy them! Topps' Chrome cards the last year were all poorly manufactured.

Or you can put them under a heavy book. Kind of a pain if you ask me.

Someone used the freezer.....don't believe it worked. I keep my chromes cards in plastic sleeves and then in a top loader. Best regards, David

I wouldn't try to do anything too crazy to unbend them. Either put them under a book or put them in a toploader.

Agreed with ..that how I had to do several Bowman Chrome I got ,they were the say as your . Top loaders esp the stiff ones seem to work well.

I have found a sure fire way to flatten topps chrome from 2010. Sleeve them all and pack them as tight as possible in a 600-800 count box, using dummy cards on both ends and add one dummy card a day until they are real tight. THen I freeze them for a week. It works !

i dont know the retail chrome are more warped than the ones i purchased in hobby box form. cant think the production lines were different but the retail (walmart) were way worse than the others. and the hobby box was still mildly warped. but they do require a firm toploader for storage. lets hope they fix this issue or i too will not buy them this next year. but also makes one wonder if thats not the reason too for the wrapper send in gimic too.

I am collecting all of the Topps Chrome years and I believe the card stock they used this year is inferior. I opened 9 Hobby boxes, 2 had minor warping issues while the other 7 did not. I bought 4 or 5 rack packs and about half had major warping issues.

Another issue I see is that most of the RC cards, 170 - 220, the stamping around the player and name is offset, some minor, most are significant. I have three complete sets, two of which I would like to sell or trade, but cannot due to this factor. I am going to send all of these cards back to Topps, but divided up. Other posters have commented that when they sent in alot of cards (bundled in 25 card lots), Topps basically gave up and sent some other cards for compensation.

I never buy this many boxes, I did this year and I regret it everyday. I will be buying a set next year and find another product to open.
