I bought a pack at walmart today just to see what they look like, and they actually don't look bad at all
Walmart has 2010 UD, but not 2010 Topps, at least not in Delaware. How is that so?

Bingo! Not to mention all this years rookie cards are Topps.
I actually kind of like the UD design for once.. I like the second picture of the player in the bottom corner.. plus I think their rookie card logo is much better than the atrocious one that MLB has now
Just because the card says it's a rookie card doesn't mean it is one. The simple fact is it will never be a rookie card and the value will be affected down the road. Just my humble opinion.
I think for the fact that it's made by Upper Deck people will still consider it a rookie
