2011 A&G Error

Would anyone have any information about errors from this product?

I recently bought a blaster box of 2011 A&G, and card #93 (Evan Lysacek) are additional designs that are not on any of the other cards, or on any of the cards that have pictures posted on ebay or anywhere else. All four corners have additional designs. Each design is actually a little bit different but the best way to describe them would be "butterfly wings" If I can get to a working scanner I will add a scan of the card later.
