2011 bowman draft box without chrome cards?

I was at my local hobby store..when a customer called the owner to complaint about the two boxes of bowman chrome draft that he brought. One box did not have any auto or chrome cards? Has anyone heard about this happening? Best regards, David

I've seen 6 boxes opened and have not heard of that happening but anything is possible

I hope the customer wasn't upset with the owner of the store and he was just frustrated in general.

Not much the owner of the shop can do....................Not like he/she boxed up the case...................I would be upset too....................What did the owner say?
