Just got off phone with Topps.

They wouldnt tell me without a buyer ID number lol. So I called my LCS and they confirmed July 27th

So, I'm guessing that Retail will get over a month head start on Hobby again this year while Topps cranks up the presses.

How can they release retail to the public and hold back the hobby?

I really wish you could of heard this person Topps customer service it was nuts! She really had a serious tude.
