I don't follow football cards, why does this card book at $40.00? Typo maybe?

I looked at others in that set, and I think it's a typo/error in the system.
Matthews, who only played 22 games over his 3 season career, is the most expensive card in that parallel set.
Brady is $20, Watt is $15, Manning is $10, Rodgers is $8. So it makes no sense that a no name RC is $40.
So, it's probably $4 - which is in line with other no-name Rookie Parallels - which book $3-$4.
