2011 Topps Series 1 Baseball Question

In the 2011 Topps Series 1 Baseball, I've noticed a few rookies that I've gotten have what looks like a trophy on the card that says Rookie, but the majority of rookies have what looks like a shield that says RC. Why the trophy on some of the rookies?

I believe the players with the trophy have been chosen for the Topps All-Rookie team for the 2010 season.
