Sorry John,
I can't help you out except to let you know that there were some mistakes in the 2012 Bowman Prospects set. Looking at Beckett, there is not a #40, 82, 90 or 95 so you might be complete on that set. However, you should make sure that you have 2 of each of these numbers:
9A Rosario, 9B Hoilman
20A Price, 20B Candelario
62A Carter, 62B Diaz
108A Martinez, 108B Sanz
Apparently they got the wrong numbers on some of them.
