2012 Bowman Chrome Blue Wave Wrapper Redemption program

Hello,

Does anyone know if Topps is still fulfilling the
Blue Wave wrapper redemptions? Supposedly
they are updating the program on their Twitter
page but I haven't been able to find any information.

Any help on this would be appreciated!!!

Only 10,000 packs...Last I heard.....The day the product hit on Oct 15 and by Mon or tues 20 or 21 of Oct...they were about to close the wrapper redemption program as they were about to hit the 10,000 pack limit. So yes....the wrapper redemption is closed and the redemption packs are currently being mailed. Best regards, David
