2012 Gypsy Queen mistake or not

I notice in the 2012 Gypsy Queen I just don’t see a base card for Jim Thome except for his Moonshots card is this right ?????

His only card is the Moonshots and mini Moonshots he has no other cards and of the course the various Moonshots printing plates.
