Rhubarb, sorry for the delay. The retail black are packaged in blister packs at Target, and are a parallel of the Chrome cards as far as the checklist is concerned. I don't have a Venezuelan Willingham though.

If by "retail black" you mean the "Venezuelan" variation, I'd be interested in #290 Willingham. Think all I might have you'd need would be the Chrome Purple Refractor Austin Jackson #HC93, though...
