It boils down for me to what value you put on them.

I'm mildly interested in the Arrieta, as it would fit nicely in my "Before They Were Cubs" box. But, as mostly a curiosity. I'd flip a couple WalMart Yanks or Mets for it, but not in the line of Jeter or David Wright. The same holds with the Mauer, since he's a possible//probable HOFer.
