2014 Topps Heritage # 425

According to my data base for 2014 Topps Heritage card 425a 425b 426c of Yoenis Cespedes are not short prints why are people on eBay calling it a short print when any of his cards are not SP ? The short prints don't begin until # 426a Yasiel Puig card am I wrong ?

Why on eBay do the call a card /999 a 1/1 if 1/999 999/999 or jersey number /999???? Trying to swindle the public. If they can get a extra 1.00 they will

The base 425 is not a short print but the two variations are as are all of the action, logo and uniform variations.

I'd call them a "variation" of the base card as the set sp's are 426-500
