2016 Optic Significant Signatures - Al Kaline ??

Question . They show the Serial Numbered card. But, Do not show the Base Auto. Is. There one ? I have one that has no Serial number and I am wondering if there is a certain amount of them . I have not seen one on eBay and I thought thy would be more plentiful. Any thoughts ?
