2016 Topps Rainbow Foil

I didn't know that 2016 Topps Rainbow foil cards were ID'd to 2016. Yesterday I noticed that one of them was ID'd (5/65) on the back of the card. Which variation is this and what is the BV multiple compared to the base cards? Would appreciate any information on this.

The rainbow foil cards are not numbered. Topps Gold are #/2016 and Topps Blacks are #/65.
