for the Vlad, how about these 5 150 Years Gold Stamped cards - 444 (Stanton/Judge (12.00)).462 (4).508 (Acuna/Albies (8).571(4).576(4)

All told it should be really close.

As for the Independence Day Eloy card, there is no BV yet I don't think there is a comparable BV card that I need from 2019 so I'll hold that for a bit. Once I exhaust my efforts for 2019, I'll look at other ideas. I will let you know for sure.
