My sons team did the Baysox Field of Dreams where they go the in dugout before the game and run out with the players to their position and stand for the national anthem; coaches get to in the dugout as well. Got these signed before the game:

One of the other coaches told me last night that Phil Niekro was supposed to be there as the O's are teaching a couple of starters the knuckleball. One of those pitchers was starting tonight, so I scanned the area behind home plate and found Phil Niekro, went down in between innings and he graciously signed these for me.
