failures by the post office:
also got back one of those "WE CARE - damaged document" envelopes from the post office. Despite my SASE having not only $0.64 postage but also "NON-MACHINABLE" written on it, this thing went through the machine in a document-shredding blaze of glory. Of course, all they managed to save was the envelope, so that's all I got back. However, I think I got lucky in a sense and what I'm missing is my second duplicate request to Rick Porcello, based on the postmark. I hope this doesn't happen to 1 of every 25 I get back though...
