Finally had a best offer accepted, it took 2 counter offers. Seller came down $15 so I went up $2.50 and deal was made. I must say I did have another seller that came back with a reasonabe offer but we were still $5-6 off so he declined my counter offer. I must say this has taken over 75 offer to finally get someone willing to budge more then a few bucks.

I have had quiet a few Best Offers accepted. Usually they are about 25-30% off of the BIN price. Everyone in a while I will have someone have a OBO and I will offer what I think is a fair price only to get a counter offer for the BIN price... kinda makes me laugh - and think why did you waste my time making an offer if you had no intention of accepting anything lower than your BIN price.
