Yes... he doesn't sign via the team addy as you will get a letter back basically stating he gets too many requests but if you mail to his old family home in Maryland he apparently has signed and left a stack of cards with him from each team so you won't get the card you sent in back but after the few successes I have seen from there it appears you should get one back from the team you like
