I haven't seen many signed 1992 Bowman cards, and I've been searching for Rivera daily since 2003. This features a mid '90s signature of Rivera, it is signed the same way he signed all his 1996 Leaf Signature cards. I probably overpaid, but I had to have it as soon as I saw it posted on eBay. Can't go wrong with a future HOF signed rookie.

Update 9/22/11: After submitting it to PSA for authentication in August I finally got it back today. The autographed version has a population report of only 3! Compared to over 2,500 non-graded ones, almost 1 in 1,000! :D

Great looking card and signature.Congratulations on the purchase of the card.

Nice pick up. I kind of like cards like this. I can't imagine seeing this photo and thinking... "wow! This is going to make a great baseball card!!!"

Thanks guys! Pretty pumped about this one.

I know, not the best photo, but who would have thought that nearly 20 years later Mo would be a spokesperson for Canali.

Congratulations on such an awesome result! I have to admit that I'm not the biggest Yankee fan out there, but it's hard not to respect Riviera. It must be great to think about what he was when he signed this...and then consider what he has become!

Thank you guys! I'm VERY excited about this one. Even if he signs other copies in the future, it will still be hard to find one with an example of his early signature which to me is worth a lot more.
