i'll preface this by saying this is NOT a personal need , but in my return to the local flea market i've met a dallas fanatic....over the past 5 months he has pretty much cleaned out all my cowboy inventory and has even convinced me to part with quite a few items from my PC....we've had no shops in our area in roughly 5 years and i am one of just 2 regulars at the market....he also doesn't deal online so his options are pretty much limited to picking up retail packs and blasters or what i can get for him....
with that in mind and after talking to him last saturday , i'm looking to pick up a few dallas lots....nothing huge required , but for starters i'd like to try to purchase the best lot i can in the $20-30 range and let him see what he can use.....i'm very open regarding what i can use , be it 1 or 2 nice cards , 3-4 low-end game used or autos , or even a bunch of base and cheap inserts/parallels .....
the only requirements he has are as follows :
ANYBODY pictured with dallas
any dallas rookies pictured in college uniforms (such as sage , press pass , leaf draft , etc)
ANY emmitt smith even pictured after leaving dallas....
for players who start with another team and join dallas later , anything picturing them as cowboys PLUS any ROOKIE YEAR material
no duplicates needed EXCEPT emmitt , aikman , irvin , deion , romo , bryant , murray , staubach , dorsett , herschel , anthony wright , troy hambrick , and jay saldi
edit to add : wesley collected throughout the 80's and 90's before stopping for a long period....as such , he already has MOST material from the 70's , 80's , and first half of the 90's so lots consisting exclusively of cards from those years may not be needed right now..
would like to try to pick up a lot some time between now and monday in hopes of having something for him by NEXT saturday.....all offers will be considered ....if this works out , i may put in a standing order for either two more similar lots or one bigger lot per month....
