About a week or two ago I wrote to Frank Joseph Thomas (baseball player from the 1950's-1960's). Someone on this website wrote that he was having surgery and I just wanted to wish him the best. He has been a great signer over the years. Today I received a note from him, thanking him for my letter. He wrote that he was in the hospital, and that he was doing physical therapy, and that he knew this would be a long process to get back to normal. At the end of his letter he signed it "Frank Thomas- The Original One" (which made me laugh). I was surprised to get a thank you note from him because I know this is a hard time for him, if you could please pray for him to have a quick recovery, he is a great man.
