A Question about 2011 Topps 60YOT Error?

Just added a 2001 Topps 60Years of Topps Eddie Murray ('79 reprint) to my collection and on the back was #60YOT-87. It seemed odd since the set is in cronological order by year. I checked through my cards and noticed that I had the same Eddie Murray card but it was #60YOT-28 right after the Phil Niekro/Noaln Ryan '78 reprint #60YOT-27. ANyone know if this is a misprint and are there others? thanks

I too have both the #28 and #87 Murray "1979" reprint (I assume you mean 2011 Topps).
Series one was 59 cards in which Murray was #28.
Series two Topps is another 59 cards continuing in numbering to 118.
(Each series is 59 cards from 1952-2010.)
I don't know why they used the same Eddie Murray card for the #87 1979 reprint in series two, maybe a last minute change.
The write up on the backs are different. Looks like no other cards were repeated in series 1 and 2.
