Wow! I didn't realize Hideo Nomo had that much of a following in the card world. Makes my puny bid of $5 for the Rusty Greer from the set look like nothing.

Japanese collectors go insane for their favorite players. anytime i have an ichiro or dice k or shin soo choo(korean but their collectors also go crazy for their players) i list it as a BIN with best offer and put the BIN very high usually a decent amount higher then the highest one has sold for. and a good amount of the time i either get the BIN hit or an offer for more then market value.

Is that a popular set or something? That guy had a ton, and almost all of them went above high BV. The Greer I was bidding on went up to $25, though I'm kinda sketchy as the guy that won had 52 bids on 30 items the past 30 days and they were all with the same seller. He sniped it to so I guess he was hoping to drive up the price but make the other person win it. Here's some of the final prices...

Those are just the little names, all of the big ones went for $50+
