Awesome successes, Andrew! There was a documentary on the tube a couple of years ago about Aspromonte. A young boy in Arkansas had lost his sight, was in Houston to see an eye specialist, and, since he was a big Colt 45s fan, he asked Aspromonte to hit a home run for him that night. Aspromonte was anything but a power hitter, but he came through for the boy. A year later he came back to Houston to see the doctor, so he could perform surgery to restore his sight, and Aspromonte came to visit him again. Once again, he asked Aspromonte to hit him a homer, and once again, Aspromonte came through for him that night. The young boy got his eye sight back, and one of the first things he wanted to do was see Aspromonte and the Colt 45's play in person. Once again, he asked Aspro to hit him a home run...and he did. I think that is one of the coolest stories in the game.
