Any good stories where the card company actually hooked u up?

Topps hooked me up back in 1999. I bought 2 sealed sets of the 99 Topps Traded. One set had a Ryan Bruan auto, and the other set had no auto. I contacted Topps, and they said they would send out an auto. I was really excited when I opened up the package to find an Alfonso Soriano auto. It was one of the top autos at the time.

Not really a redemption story, but a replacement card story I guess. But I see lots of horror stories these days.

Friend of mine got an Eric Hosmer Topps Next 60 auto redemption in the mail last week..................Was a pretty quick turnaround...............

Again, not redemption but replacement

Was shorted the "hot box" in a case of 2010 Tristar Obak. After some haggling they sent me 4 boxes of the same product.

Box 1 - nothing special
Box 2 - HOT BOX !
Box 3 - Ripken red /5 auto !
Box 4 - 15 hits (11 is standard) including a Storen /10 mini auto

Not much but just got from Topps a Masterson Auto from 09 Topps T206 to replace a Tyson Ross Auto. Bv of 20 v 10 so not bad!!

one time i pulled a redempton for a auto of some kind of speed ice skater. Many months went by and i requested a change and they sent me this:
