Anyone sell on COMC? Advice for a rookie seller?

Have bought many times from COMC and was thinking about trying to sell a few cards on there (trade boxes are getting unmanageable). I'm not the sharpest crayon in the box by far, so I have a few questions.

Fees...near as I can tell, they charge a flat listing fee (25 cents up depending on how quickly you want it listed) and then a penny a month it sits. Are these the only fees for selling (except for the "cash out" fees)?

You have to have enough in your account to cover listings, right?

How have you done selling there?

Fees - .25 for 1 month, .50 for one week - the .01 per card applies only if the card has been on site longer than three months.

You pay the fees up front.

I have been averaging $400-600 per month on there since August last year.

Make sure you contact COMC about being a first time seller and ask them for a $20 off processing coupon. It basically allows you to list your first 80 cards for free at the one month rate. If you would mention I referred you for that program (account XFactor) I would appreciate it as they might compensate me.
