APBA Games, the historic and classic sports strategy board game company announces the release of new current cards sets for our Football, Hockey and Soccer board games! Since 1951, APBA has been servicing the sports strategy market with the best in quality sports entertainment products.
Football:
Green Bay made a late season push, aided by a GIANT collapse to get into the playoffs and march through to the championship game. Once there, they outplayed Pittsburgh and brought the title back to TITLE TOWN!
You can now replay that game, the season, or your favorite matchup of 2010 teams with APBA’s 2010 Football Season Card Set! All 32 teams are represented with 45 man carded rosters for use with the APBA Pro Football Board Game. An expansion pack (XF’s) of 4 additional players per team is also available! $44 XF’s - $7.95
HOCKEY:
What a series! Boston trips up Vancouver in Vancouver to take it 4 games to 3! Aided by outstanding Goaltending and an offensive explosion after dropping the first two games, Boston brings home the Cup for the first time in almost 40 years. In a season where Washington led the East but bowed out in round 2, Vancouver led the West and managed to work their way to the finals against the 3rd seeded (in the East) team from Beantown. After two games, they looked like they would outclass Boston, but to no avail! Boston takes home the Cup and all that goes with it.
