And away we go...Hit Streak 2016 is underway. We have 12 participants, which is shockingly low and kind of disappointing.
Not sure what happened with the LAA/CHI game, as apparently that wasn't a major league game, but a spring training game. So a bunch of us got caught on that one....And the DH didn't bail anyone out. Nine swing and miss on the first day, hopefully it will get better from here!!

A little better on Monday, only 6 strikes taken. Weather did affect a couple games, and despite the DH, no one has been helped by it yet. Through two days all but one have at least one strike. Must be true that pitchers are ahead of hitters coming out of Spring Training - unless you are the Dodgers or Rockies!

Only three strikes on Tuesday, getting exponentially better each day! This may be one of the quickest contests ever in terms of when we no longer have anyone with no strikes. On the plus side, no three and outs, everyone is around for the fourth day.
