I know that they do BV pricing, but do oyu have to pay to sign up or no? i'm just a college student and don't really have the money to do that. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

You can sign up and use the "Organize" function and such...you just won't have pricing until you pay.

You can search for cards on checkoutmycards.com.

If someone is selling it, you can see the BV in their listing.
