There are days when you just feel like you are wasting your time and then there are days like today that just keep you coming back for more!

I'm only displaying the cards I got signed today. In addition to this haul, I also had 17 of my photo 8x10s autographed today. Yes, that was correct... SEVENTEEN 8x10s autographed today.

I had gotten most of Bowie back in April so I just hung out at their dugout until Manny Machado and Jonathan Schoop signed. Then I swung by the Aeros side and got a half dozen hits.

After the game was when my sharpie got abused. I hung out by the Aeros exit hoping I'd recognize a few players. It was getaway day (headed to Portland) and there was a bus parked right up to the curb near the door. I'm thinking that these guys are going to go from shower to air conditioning to bus air conditioning and I'm wasting my time.

Every single player must have made 2-3 trips between the bus and the building and every one of them stopped to sign autographs for two of us. I could recognize about half the guys but the other guy recognized every player so I completely cleaned house!

Here we go...

In addition to these, I got 8x10s autographed by...

Adam Abraham (qty 3)
Josh Barfield (2) - these were old Indians photos that I thought I'd never get signed!
Jordan Henry
Tyler Holt (2)
Matt Lawson (2)
Manny Machado - what a pathetic autograph. He's a ROCK STAR!
Thomas Neal
Roberto Perez
Giovanni Soto - threw a no-hitter a couple weeks ago
Davis Stoneburner (2)
Steve Wright - this guy was a comedian

The key was getaway day. These guys were not in a hurry to jump into their cars and return home. They hung out, chatted, and were happy to sign. I'll be watching the schedule next year for a repeat.

If there's something there that interests you, let me know as it might be available for trade.
Cheers,

Michael
