Bowman 2015 - M L B
24 packs / 10 cards per pack
1 Auto per box
I received these:
106 unique base -- 70.6% of the base set of 150
48 Bowman Chrome Prospects - 32% of the base set of 150
69 Bowman Prospects - 46% of the base set of 150
Bowman 2015 -- again just to get it out there... I love Bowman - I collect Bowman - I look forward to Bowman - that being said.... this year's Bowman does not disappoint. The action pics are great - the design is just different enough to distinguish it from previous years cards. I like the design difference between the base and the prospects - with the white border being on the right of the prospects and on the left side of the vets.... The cards are going to be sensitive to dings - especially the corners. Handle with care - if you're looking to get anything graded.
Chrome - I probably received a refractor or 2, but for the life of me I can't tell the difference at all.... Topps - help us out here-- PLEASE!

For those of us out there that compile sets - this is one of the ones I suggest that you work on. Bowman is a good set(s) to complete and put away for several years, dig it out and see who's made it and who was a bust. Good example - Kris Bryant with the Cubbies this year... he has been around for several years in cards.... go back and dig some of his cards out... you should be pleasantly surprised.
The design this year is good as previously mentioned, and the number of autos that are available are relatively wide. In the retail, there are sticker autos on paper cards - hobby - autos on chrome.
In addition to the above mentioned parallels - one can find - red, purple, blue, gold, orange - chrome, purple, red, gold minis, autos - mini gold #ed to 50, mini red #ed to 5, die cut auto Scouts #ed to 25, regular die cut Scouts, i.e. there are a lot of different inserts for the player collector to chase.
I like the mini's and I like the chrome.
Overall grade A - good collation and good amount of cards to get started building a set.
Go buy several boxes and send the Rays parallels to me!!
