Also, I looked it up, and the following teams would be paying this year: Chicago White Sox, Colorado Rockies, Detroit Tigers, Kansas City Royals, Oakland A's, Philadelphia Phillies, Seattle Mariners, Tampa Bay Rays, and the Toronto Blue Jays.

Right on the bubble, depending on how much payroll they incur for the 1 remaining game was the Chicago Cubs and the Texas Rangers.
