BSL Update: 2015 #4

League file will be ready for everyone within 15 minutes of this post.

I would like to try and get back on schedule with an export deadline of tomorrow Wednesday at 7 PM Central time. Hopefully that gives everyone enough time to export and trade before tomorrow evening.

Tomorrows sim will take us to a day or 2 before spring training starts so that means Friday will be the 1st sim of Spring traing, Sunday will be the 2nd sim of Spring and that should take us real close to opening day for Next Tuesdays sim.

I processed all posted trades, even those posted after the original deadline, mainly because I didnt see any reason not to.

Just checking here to make sure I am correct, but for spring training, doesn't everyone on your 40 man roster go? But as long as you send them back down by the end of spring training (and if they have the options), they will remain with minor league contracts, right? Just trying to figure out who is expendable and what I am going to plan on doing for the regular season. Thanks, Tony.

All players on the 40 are promoted to active roster for spring training. As long as they go back down IMMEDIATELY following final spring sim, they will retain their minor league contract status. Any player that is out of options will have to clear waivers to be demoted, so much like last year, there will be substantial waiver activity the sim around opening day.
