Trades were not processed as anyone on DFA or WAIVERS shows up in the Rule 5 pool. Players currently on waivers may be selected in the Rule 5 draft and will override any outstanding waiver claims. Everyone on the in-game draft pool is eligible for the draft.
The Draft will be held offline, only via PM lists. A few things to remember.
1. ONLY send a list if you wish to select someone. If you want more than one, tell me to draft 2,3, until list exhausted, etc.
2. IF you draft a player(s) they must remain on MLB active roster all year and cannot be demoted. They may be released or traded.
After the next export deadline, I will process all draft lists I receive, enter trades, and run one day. There WILL BE NO IMPORTS, so there is no reason at all to export making offers or roster moves.
The Rule 5 PM list deadline is Saturday at noon central. Usually there are not many teams making selections, but this year we have many teams with many holes to fill. This is a cheap way to do so.
Again, there is no need to export, and please PM me any list of players. The draft pool is available in game
