Whoa. Had no idea he signed. Wonder if it's worth sticking something in the mail. MLB's NYC address?
I sent to him a number of times to the Dodgers and never got a return. I'm going to send out right away. Great pick up!

I used the one I posted on the previous page on this thread. I sent to him the day it was announced he was joining MLB. Since he was going to be based in New York I figured that was my best bet. I tried Joe numerous times in the '70's, when he was playing and when he first started managing, and never had any luck. I also tried him when he was managing the Braves and struck out there, as well. Never tried him with the Cardinals, and only tried once when he was managing the Yanks, and several times when he was with the Dodgers. This was my first success. He is a tough one and a future Hall of Famer. He was a heck of player, too. He was amazing in '71.
