Grand Rapids Griffins had their annual Sled Hockey game tonight, my girlfriend got a Griffins poster they had for sale signed by the entire team and I got these, all of them but the top 3 have seen playing time in Detroit this season or in the past.

Downey is no longer with the team as a player but is with the Red Wings as a part time conditioning coach and just so happened to be there. Really sucks that I didn't have another Wings puck for him to sign because this is the nicest sig of his I think I have ever seen. The reason he signed the back is because on the front side Tomas Tatar signed it horribly so had my girlfriend go get him again for me.

Signed by Jordan Pearce, Logan Pyett, Brendan Smith, Adam Keefe, Brent Raedeke, Jan Mursak, Chris Minard, Joakim Andersson, Greg Amadio, Brandon Straub, Jordan Owens, Jamie Tardiff, Sergei Kolosov, Brian Lashoff, Doug Janik, Thomas McCollum. So this was definately signed before tonight since McCollum got sent down to Toledo so he could get some playing time since Pearce has been doing very well. I would've stuck around and got the guys missing on it (Ehrhardt, Emmerton, Pare, Johnson, Filppula, Meech and Tatar) but didn't have a regular silver sharpie on me...of all nights not to bring one.
