Can't Respond To PMs

Ever since the server upgrade, I can't respond to PMs. Any suggestions? It doesn't even have a button to give me the option.

Try cleaning out your sent mail and track message folders and see if that helps

Now it will let me respond to SOME of them, but not all of them.

The person your trying to send a pm to there in box maybe full were they no longer can receive messages
unless they clear there messages out.
