hey guys, i have a few questions that i dont have answers too.

1. what size are the white cardboard storage boxes that have three rows, are they 3,500 count boxes, 2,500 count boxes or something else?

2. where can i find pages that hold postcards that are 3 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches?

3. where is a good place to find hard top loaders, not the big soft ones from the 90's or early 00's

thanks
elbert

The hardest top loaders I would think would be the premuim holders from Ultrapro, if you go to the big box stores most often they have the cheap version like you describe, even if it has the Ultrapro brand name on it.

I hope this helps.

3 row boxes are normally 2400 count, 4 rows are 3200 count.

most page supply companies have pages for postcards 3 1/2x7 1/2, 4x6, etc, typically 3/page

pretty much any decent supply store will carry 3x4 top loaders, ultra pro is probably the biggest brand, find a supplier here:

I don't know that I've ever seen a 3-row box other than the "super shoebox" which is designed to hold toploaders and not normally described as holding a certain number of cards. If you are looking for something to put regular cards in without toploaders you are better off buying a 4-row 3200-count box. The rows are too wide in a 3-row and the cards can easily shift around and get damaged.

All kinds of incorrect information in this thread so I have to chime in.

Large 3 Row Boxes are 3,000 count and are sometimes referred to as Super Shoe Boxes. Large 4 Row Boxes are 3,200 count and Large 5 Row Boxes are 5,000 count.

For your postcards you are looking for 4 Pocket Pages

I believe that you are looking for Top Loaders (the hard rigid holders). There are also Semi-Rigids which I believe that you were referring to as being from the 90's.

These all can be purchased at many places such as Blowout Cards.

Since the OP was looking for pocket pages to fit 3 1/2" x 5 1/2" postcards, at least as far as BCW Supplies goes, the four pocket pages won't work, but the 3 pocket pages (to which I posted a link) will:

Pro 3-Pocket Page
SKU: 1-PRO3T-100 Brand: BCW
- Holds 3- 4 X 6 Cards or Photos

Pro 4-Pocket Page
SKU: 1-PRO4T-100 Brand: BCW
- Holds 4- 3 1/2 X 5 1/4 Cards or Photos

(The 3 1/2 X 5 1/4 size of the four pocket pages would be too small.

you can buy your postcard pages at target in the stationary section. its where I get mine at. they are archival as well (no pvc etc) and are reasonable

thanks guys for all the input i appreciate it. im looing for a box to put my toploaders in, so would the 3,000 count bix work best for top loaders?
