Hey everyone,

I'll probably be going up to the Cards-Dodgers game on July 25, which is an Ice Mountain autograph night. Can anyone tell me who is likely to sign there? Especially the "former player" they have from 6:30-7:15. I'd want to be prepared for it but have no idea who is/is not likely to be there. I plan to mostly hound down by the field for both teams, but we'll see what happens.

I have not been to one of these but a friend has.....kids are the only ones allowed for the current players who sign, and the former players are generally Ted Savage, Kenny Reitz, etc. I heard Red Schoendienst signed once, but not sure if that was for the Ice Mountain night. Call the team and see, they sometimes will release that info the day of the game.

Also, the website shows that they are having Busch Bash on Fridays this summer, former players are signing then, not sure how big of names they are, but I know Bruce Sutter is supposed to sign on his bobblehead give-away night (first Friday in August).

Hope that helps, get down by the dugouts early, and when the ushers shoo everyone away, go sit up a little higher in the section close to the Cards dugout....players will usually come out and sign for a few minutes closer to the start of the National Anthem.

God Bless!

Cool, thanks. I might try calling a couple days before we leave. I'll pull as many former Cards as I can beforehand just in case.

And yeah, I saw the current player signing is for 20 and under only. If I shave, I can pass for under 20, haha. Wish I could get out for the Sutter bobblehead night, but I'm just passing through on my way to Chicago for the weekend.

Planning on trying to get in right at 5:15, go for the Dodgers for the first half hour or so, then the Cards, then maybe back over to the Dodgers again. We'll see.

Sounds good, the earlier the better.....ask for sure when you call, I think gates open at 4:45 for evening games, but not 100% sure. Happy hunting!!

Wanted to bump this up, see if anyone happened to know who was signing so I can do a quick search for cards.

We're leaving tomorrow at 5 am, should be pulling into the St. Louis area at 1 or 2 in the afternoon. Staying like a quarter-mile from the ballpark.
