Comcast resolution (after how many days) - had to send a technician out who replaced Modem. Got new IP on totally different network and coming up fine now!
Sorry about that. As far as I can tell the bench points weren't calculated correctly before so during the upgrade everything was sorted. I haven't been able to find any missing transactions. Most folks actually saw increases but, unfortunately, there were some who had their number lowered.
