Sorry for the delay. I had to look through everything I do have. I have very few 78's, the best being a Jack Morris RC and a bunch of common 74's. Nothing on your list. For the pre-70's items, I have 1959 Topps #429 and 1963 Topps #219.

2010 Topps Peak Performance autos Ethier (bv30 or 25), Jimenez (which one is this? bv15 or 30), Hughes (bv20 or 25)
2011 Topps Diamond Anniversary SP 198 (Bench) (bv12), 640 (Matthews) (bv10)
