OK, I just sold all of my gold cards so I don't have those anymore. Also, the blue sparkle cards aren't from the wrapper redemption, I got them from topps archives promo packs at my LCS. I'm not sure if they are considered the same, they look exactly the same to me. If so, I'll leave them in. This is what I would send:
