You are offering $3.00 USPS First Class International shipping. That leaves you wide open to scam artist and rip-offs. I would suggest a calculated shipping fee for international shipments using USPS Priority Mail International. If you can not provide on-line tracking, you will lose every case brought against you, no matter what.

Also, you might want to consider creating a Store Policy page. I know you have most of that covered in your About Me page, but I think more buyers are likely to click a Store Policy page than an About Me page.

You might want to try the inserts found on the item description section of both the SYI form and Turbo Lister. They are pre-linked and will lead customers to your store, other items, and to sign up for your newsletter. With those right in the description, the buyer won't have to scroll up or down to get to a link, increasing the chances they will in fact visit other pages.

Thanks Paul and Frank for your input I really appreciate it.

Frank, so far I have added a policy page that you recommended. regarding the international shipping, do you think I should probably not ship internationally that way I dont have to deal with International buyers, scammers and the whole tracking. I dont get alot of international buyers and the few i have had, have been a real pain in the .....so i wonder if i should just do away with all international shipping as i see most sellers on ebay dont even ship internationally.

I don't get many international sales either, but I have not had any problems yet. I think the scammers look for sellers that don't use tracking, and are more likely not to buy from those that do use it. I think most of your items would fit into a priority flat rate envelope. I'd use a weight of 3 ounces for the calculator, and a handling charge of $1.50-2.00 to off set the fees. The envelopes are free, you get a discount by printing postage on line, and the buyers can see you are not gouging them with shipping charges. That should eliminate most of the hassles of shipping international.

Overall I think it is fine. Don't take it personally but I don't think anyone will be blown away by an ebay store, no matter how much work you put into it.

What I liked: Within a few clicks I was able to find all of the Brewer cards you have, which is good this means you know how to list your cards!

What I didn't care for: The Don Sutton game used is listed under all of the teams he has played for but the card is only in a Angels uni. I realize this is probably being very nit picky but I get really annoyed when scrolling through large lists of auction items only to be distracted by a card that has nothing to do with my search. If I wanted to look for Don Sutton or Angels cards I would search for those.

This has very little to do with you inparticular. I understand why listers do this, you obviously want as many people to look at your listing as possible. I realize that there are many other worse things in life than having to look at a couple of extra ebay listings. :)

Anyways, good luck with your ebay store. I hope you have much success!

Frank
