custom printing question

How do I print an image with the exact dimensions of a card? (2.5" x 3.5")
The only thing close is wallet size, which is a little too small. Have tried a few different ways to print and customize the size of the image and some places I can't print smaller than 3x5. Help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Couldn't you just make the image 2.5 x 3.5 and then print it and cut it out?

good idea. how do i resize the image to those dimensions before printing is my next question?

you can do it in paint i believe
or maybe in photobucket.. if you cant figure it out you can pm me the pic and ic an try

figured it out thanks...searched google for a while and found a forum that helped me. i used a program called irfanview....did what i needed to do.
